I began weightlifting and exercising at age 16, as a means to combat low self-esteem and severe depression. Not only has exercise cured these negative thoughts and feelings of my past, but it has further allowed me to become more goal-oriented and driven to accomplishing such tasks. The mental toughness that I developed through years of pushing to my limits and beyond in the gym, has given me the confidence and poise to face just about anything life has thrown, or will throw at me.
Bodybuilding saved my life and has allowed me to achieve and persevere more than I could have ever imagined. I Fuc%ing Love the Life that I Live, and I Owe that Life to Bodybuilding! I am now driven to not only better myself everyday with each workout, but more importantly, to pay that feeling forward by helping encourage and motivate others to discover the excellence within themselves!
