Since I was a boy I played sports; baseball, soccer, football, and karate. In 1996 I seriously started training in Tracy's Kenpo Karate and Shootfighting. I wanted to be the best martial artist and mixed martial artist I could be. I did karate and grappling classes and my stamina increased. Once I graduated from high school I started running 1 and 1/2 miles minimum at least 3 times a week and I gained even more stamina. Shortly after that I wanted to get stronger and after realizing what cardio did for me I started working out with weights. I haven't stopped working out since then.
Working out and a healthy diet have improved my physique. Its amazing to see the changes my mind and body goes through especially when I cut for a wheelchair bodybuilding show. Everything you do matters; your workouts, your diet, your sleep and there is no off season. You get what you put in.
One of my goals through fitness is I want to motivate and help people live a happy, healthy, and fit life. I also compete in Wheelchair Bodybuilding and soon a Power Lifting Competition. I'm a sponsored athlete for Rivalus Supplements and Bana Sports. I just love the fitness lifestyle!!!
