I started working out in prison! I was gaining weight and was not very happy with the way I was starting to look and feel about myself! I decided to do something about that and change the way I looked and felt about myself! I began to workout and started running. I hated it at first but then I started liking that pumped feeling!
My friends started calling me "IronMike"! I would have steel for lunch! I became a beast! Now I run on one setting and that setting is Beast mode!!

I feel great and it's a great stress reliever! I love the way it transforms the body!
