I have always loved to work out in the gym. Lifting weights was alway a part of my life. I never did it other than to be in shape. Once I graduated college and started working, the desk job life quickly absorbed me. I started to come up with a lot of excusses as to why I didn't work out. Either I was too tired from a long day's work, once I got home I didn't want to go back out, and the list goes on and on. I gained a lot of weight from my college days and was quickly approaching the 300 lb weight towards the end of 2012 and that is when I decided that I had enough and i wanted to get back into shape. Since then I have lost 30 lbs and want to continue. Although I have changed my goals. I want to be more than just healthy. I want to transform my body and mind. Stay tuned because 2013 is going to be one great year for me!
Why I love working out? I have always had a passion for hitting the weights hard since I played football. It's crazy, but i used to look forward to the early morning work outs before school. I love feeling the sore in my muscles after a great workout. It is a great feeling of accomplishment.
