After getting kicked out of my house at the ripe age of 17, I moved in with a bodybuilder Scott Canatsey. He introduced me to lifting heavy and building muscle. Shortly after 9/11, I joined the Army and jumped at the opportunity to be part of the US Army Special Forces. After infantry basic training at Fort Benning, GA I transferred to Fort Bragg, NC to earn my Paratrooper Wings before heading over to the JFK Special Warfare School. During this time, I went from a scrawny 175lbs to a mean looking 200lbs. After exiting the military, I married my high school sweetheart and immediately started putting on the fat. Four little girls later, I decided it was time to change. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I went from 260lbs to 230lbs just by eating better. Then, I found BodyBuilding.com and joined the fitness challenge of early 2013. This helped to jumpstart my routine and I started working out at the YMCA Fishers 5 days a week. Since I wasn't seeing the fat drop as quickly as I wanted, I incorporated HIIT cardio every morning before work.
I cannot tell you how much better my life has become since starting to work out. My wife has responded and begun working out with me. She seems to find me more attractive and sex is better! Being disciplined in this area of fitness has spilled over into other areas of my life and I am becoming more successful in business and in my home life. I love the NEW me!
