I just wanted to keep what God gave me. Being in my 40's and my children getting older, I had to find something to do for myself. I did not start In the gym to lose weight. My goal was to stay strong. I started working with weights in February, 2012. I can not believe how fast my body improved. My figure looks better now then it did when I was in my 20's! I became a trainer in October. I swear it was the same feeling as when a nun or priest have a "calling". I want to tell and show women of all ages that using weights with your cardio workouts ..is one of the fastest ways to improve your body, mind and all around well being.
Because I still cant believe I am doing it! I was a pack and a half day smoker 4 years ago...and I hated anything physical. I was lazy, tired..and so unmotivated. I only wish I started when I was younger. the confidence you build with every weight you lift is remarkable!! If I was able to achieve these results in less then a year....what else can I do???? I feel like anything is possible.
