I have always been a person that makes his way to the gym ever since my freshman year of high school for football. I have been off and on, but after being in the military for a few years and playing world of warcraft for 6 almost 7 years I knew I had to change. I have been hoping to get deployed and it finally happened. This is my time. Ballz to the wallz. For those that don't know, the Air Force's PT program fails you if you are above a 39" waist. Which is reasonable for most everybody out there. And I am above that. But it my defense, I can run and do push ups and sit ups with the rest of them. Just happen to be a little bigger all the way around.
I like progression. I am not going to lie, some days it is HARD to find the motivation to go to the gym. But I have a goal and it's to keep my career. That's what I am going off of right now. I will hopefully have a routine down to where I feel horrible if I take a day off the gym I wasn't suppose to.
