I am currently in the military so I have a general back round on fitness and working out. I would like to think that I have acquired a lot of nutrition knowledge over the years I have just been lazy in applying that knowledge. My weight has always been a battle all my life. I started a Beautiful family 5 years ago, I have a perfect wife and two beautiful children, during this period i slowly let my body get away from me.IT caught up to me, all the bad habits of eating etc. You kind of get tired of people judging you on how you look and how you carry yourself, if you look like a slob you get treated like one. I got my lowest score of my Air Force career on the physical training test 2 months ago and was close to failing,. That really woke me up, I never want to be scared to take a test again, My goal is to face my fears and shatter my next test in April. After consuming junk food and overindulging religiously over the past 5 years I decided enough was enough. This time it was going to be different. I would change my life not only physically but mentally and spiritually becoming a better person.
