Hey yall!
I am stoked to be on Bodybuilding.com and hoping that I can keep up with my ambition.
I got into fitness a few years ago and have since made a steady effort to keep with a regimented diet and consistent exercise. I have always been an athlete but had never lived the lifestyle of one, though in the last few years I have been (for the most part) good to my body.
This is my first shot at actually putting on weight as all my previous efforts had been aimed solely at reducing bodyfat at the same body weight.
I have spent countless hours reading about the human anatomy, specifically the impacts that diet and exercise have thereon. I am here to learn more, to share what i know and to keep motivated as a active member of this community.
I wanted to mention that I am (not proudly) a cigarette and marijuana smoker. I think this is important to note because there might be other people with the same addictions who are looking to replace those parts of their lives with a wholesome alternative. Furthermore, i think it would be interesting to learn more about how cigarettes and marijuana impact the body. I am familiar with the clinical results but am curious to hear personal accounts from people who actually experience the same thing.
