I had always been interested in pushing myself, whether academically or athletically, it was a natural progression for me to make my way into a gym to find another medium through which I could push my own personal boundaries.
After finally being able to join a gym at 17 (laws in the UK), I began lifting, with no real direction or understanding of what I was doing. I've always been a keen researcher, and as such began reading and watching whatever I could regarding training, of any variety. I've coupled these years of research, and the trials and errors that go with them and now finally feel like I have a real grasp on what my body responds best
I love achieving those personal goals, the short/mid/long, not many things in life are under your complete control, this is one of those that is, and I like to push that, and see just how much can be achieved.
