I started due to mental illness (Depression and social anixiety and insomnia) and just became addicted to it. I change my traing constantly except from pullups literally never stopped doing pullups.Ive done countless hours 1k+ of reading and research on exercise and nutrition and i also took the time the years to see what exercises work for me as an individual..every1 i know just gets fatter slower weaker and unhealthier as the years pass..i aint got nothing against any1 trying to lose weight through diet/exercise at all but i cant stand these fat lazy people that do nothing about it and just hate on people who put the work in on a daikly basis!! excuses like i dont like exercise im working allday its 80-90% diet so the excuses are invalid no1 ate anything by accident and if u dont like exercise you must enjoy just getting fatter i love traing/ most aspects of exercise but sometimes i hate the diet/nutrtion i go through stages of eating very clean and clinical to binging luckily i train so i have a solid foundation so when i clean up my diet according to my goal and keep it consistent the resuts fly in..1 thing ive learned that HATERS GONNA HATE QUITTERS QUIT AND THE DRUGS/QUICK FIXES DONT WORK TRAIN AND EAT CONSISTENTLY im just getting warmed up another 20-30 years to go!!!!!!!!! =] a few things1 I don't respond to messages..2 I don't have Skype...3 I don't send friend resquest or respond to people wanting followed...4 I don't care about your diet training or physique I use this site to showoff and motivate myself just like a gimp boy racer who spends money on his car I do it with my body...5 if your gay that's cool but if u could stop messaging me that would be just excellent...6 if your a female messaging me unless u live in Scotland I couldint care less 7..I DONT RESPOND TO MESSAGES AND I DONT HAVE SKYPE! 8.If your looking at my profile and hating then im training hard enough=]
I have been training naturally for 5 years i recently went unatural for a whole 6 days on oral steroids (dianabol) it wasnt for me couldnt control my diet at all couldnt even train my shoulders/what ever muscle group i was training would just swell up and stop me from lifting or even doing cardio..i change my training alot but im now focused on training strength/hypertrophy along sidee hiit cardio and staying natural. My routines are unique to me they are hybrid of calisthenics/bodybuilding and technically powerlifting..i use alotof volume and different rep schemes my average lifting session takes around 90minutes - 2 hours due to the fact of the rest periods involved with strength training my current goals are very optimistic but are possible benchpress double my bodyweight and squat 2 and half times my body weight with good technique and full range of motion The only exercises I do are Flat Bench press,Barbell back squats,Goblet squats,Weighted dips, Weighted Pullups,Weighted chinups ,Military press,Flat dumbbell chest press,Pressups,Barbell row,Leg extensions,Skipping,Kettlebell swings,and walking and cycling as active recovery if i need to switch my cardio up i will..I dont deadlift because everytime i do no matter how good my technique is it hurts my back which dosent make sense due the fact that i squat heavy and with volume.
