The highest size I wore was a size 18 back in 2007. I had enough of the lifetime yo-yo diets, depression, guilt, and unworthy feelings. I decided to hire a trainer since I really didnât know what to do, and doing all those fad diets werenât working for me. So, the beginning of my journey started the end of 2008 with my very first trainer (seasoned figure & fitness competitor). And boy, was I lucky to hit the jackpotâ¦she was the best! She educated me on the 3 pillars to healthy changes - cardio, resistance training, and a clean diet (being 80% of the change). She was an energetic, positive motivator who pushed me farther than I thought I could go. Then I had to move away. That's when I slid for a while. I still worked out on my own and I tried keeping my diet clean, but I was never consistent. So here I am todayâ¦itâs time to get consistent, stay consistent, and finally make it my lifestyle!
Positive results & inspiring others to achieve their best! Training makes me feel strong, empowered, and focused. And I love how I can reshape my body. I also have special âmeâ time. And it's become my hobby...I didn't really have any hobbies before except for my family and work. I'm planning on making it my full-time job after 2013, when I retire from the Air Force. I have a strong desire to help others success in their health & fitness goals.
