I got started working out and trying to get in better shape about a year out of highschool. I have always been a good size man but just not in shape at all. So after school all I done was work! I needed something else to do mainly to relieve stess and help out with my high blood pressure i have had since I was 16. So I decided I was going to get in shape and try my best to be a healthier person. Not to mention I was also single and wanted to get in shape not just for myself but I wanted to turn heads. Something I have never done. When i started lifting i weighed 268 pounds and 6 foot tall. I busted butt for my first year and before i knew it i was down to 210 pounds and was in pretty decent shape and was then ADDICTED to bodybuilding...
I love bodybuilding because I really enjoy watching my body transform. Another big reason I love it is watching my strength grow and it also plays a good role in helping me with my job. The main reason though is It relieves so much stess for me and I feel like a million bucks when i walk out of the gym from a hardcore workout!!
