I have always struggled with my weight... for 2 years i dated a personal trainer who kept me in shape, when we broke up, so did my exercise. Not only did i eat like crap but i also turned 21, and you all know how that goes; and my only means of exercise was dancing around at the bar... not so good. Well then I met someone else and we have been very very happy together... too happy and we both gained alot of happy weight. We decided together that enough was enough, and it has been our mission to be healthier, stronger, and more fit.. and to do it all together. We have both lost a ton of weight and have gained a bunch of muscle. He is looking to go into powerlifting comp, and I am looking to at least lift half of anything he lifts at all times. :)
I have a crazy lifestyle, I work full time, go to school full time, and am lead singer of a rock band... I NEED my workouts to get the energy to keep moving. A body in motion stays in motion. Though life gets hectic and stressful due to all that I do, I try to never miss a workout.
