After numerous appointments to the doctor for stomach problems, acid re-flux. Routine chiropractor visits for things I think could have been fixed by a simple work out routine. Lets just say this motivated me and I starting feeling better. Oh and my clothes started fitting again and I went down three notches on my belt. Im now convinced to be in it for the long term. I cant wait to see where this road takes me.
The feeling of satisfaction after a good work out, seeing my body change over time and the overall accomplishment when I reach the end of a work out plan that Ive been able to stick to and feel better about the way I feel.
