I found out my husband of 20 years had a year long affair… nothing like a little motivation to start making some major changes! Getting fit and in shape is one of my goals. Not only for myself but to show his sorry a$$ what he gave up!!!

It helps me to de-stress and I LOVE seeing my body change and transform. I have fallen in love with going to the gym and getting my sweat on!! I also love the guys at the gym. They are getting to know me and see me in there all the time so they are starting to give me high-fives and motivating me to keep going.
