I have worked out on off for the past 19 years but never got to serious. There are not a lot of activities available. However there is gym almost every where.

I love the stress relief. Also the added benefit of healthiness. Most my age let themselves go, for some reason. I decided to crank it up and take control of my body before it takes control of me.
