When I was 15 I was forced to quit contact sports because I've had open heart surgery. So, at the age of 17 after not doing much at all, I was very skinny and wanted to make my body look better and put on some muscle mass while keeping a lean/ripped physique.
Now, at 21 years old; I'm almost 5 years into lifting, I'm smashing my goals and making my visions a reality.

Working out gives me something to do as a hobby, it also gives me personal satisfaction when I reach my goals. I'm always determined to reach my goals and love making them harder and harder for myself.
The gym for me is also the place where I release all of my stress, anger and sadness. I dislike letting things annoy me for hours and hours and I hate thinking about things late at night when you've got nothing else to think of in bed. So, I think about all of my problems, and confront them in my head, thinking of ways to overcome them or just get over them while working out. This gives me a bigger drive on my workouts and leaves me feelings fresh when I'm finished.
