After spending high school being inactive and slowly gaining weight, I spent the next 2 years of college continuing to balloon up to around 280 lbs. I finally decided I wanted to know what a boob felt like, so I started hitting the gym and eating less. It wasn't about drastically changing my diet back then. I started by eating less. In N Out went from 2 Double Double's (animal style) fries and a shake, to 1 cheeseburger and a water. Instead of killing myself over not being 200lbs, I decided I just wanted to try and be 275.
Then I hit 275 and I wanted to be 270. Eventually getting down to 220 or so and being pretty happy and content. I've slowly edged back up over the years and after realizing I was 250+ again, I knew I had to change something and so here I am.
I hit 257 at my most recent peak (that I actually tracked) and am just looking forward to getting back under 250 again. We'll see what's ahead after that.
