I've never been working out, but I get incredible fat, family and friends doesn't help, and I was struggling trying to reduce weight. Time to change and focus on myself. Yes it is selfish, but is that or die by stroke, suffer diabetics .

I just a pleasure, challenge your self, fighting and break a limit going further step by step. Feel the inner one shrouded by fat layers arising step by step.

Jan 2015: New update on working out... I love the feeling of the muscles showing up!!! and starting to become solid, I want the new "Self" and kill the fluffy over weighted guy... I know is not 100% visible but I´m on the right path
