I use to lift weight some during high school with my step dad. So I have always enjoyed lifting. Jan 2010 I realized how bad I had let myself go. I was at 236 with a huge gut. I had seen the commercials for p90x and while it interested me I knew that I was in no shape for it. So after looking I decided to try their p90 (beginner ) program. I did that for 3 months. After that I went to the p90 master series for 3 months. Next did 90x for about 2 years . I had decent results but never really got ripped and didn't have my diet in check. But my cardio was at an all time high. I hit about 209 on the scale so that was good.Slowely I started to creep back up to 217. In August of 2013 I was starting to get bored with the p90x and started adding bench press and other exercises to it. It became just a bit much. So I got on here and started All-pro beginners. I did it until June 2014. I kind of let cardio go and eating as crap. While I had gains in muscle I put on way to much fat. Once again I got up to the 230 point. As of now I decided to do a few months of p90x to shed some fat and get my cardio back. After that my plan are to go back to All-pro but keep a good amount of cardio on off days. My goal is to hit a solid 205.
