Last year, I followed Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer for the first month. It was awesome, I felt amazing, and strong. I don't know why I didn't stick with it. That's my problem though. Sticking with stuff. I'll eat really good for a couple days, sometimes even a week then something will throw me off or I'll have a bad day. I'll skip a workout... then two... then three.
I don't want to be like that anymore. I want to stick to the goals I set. I want to have the body that I know I can have. I want to be healthy. That's why I'm here. To break bad habits, build new good habits, and achieve a healthy lifestyle in the process.
