My best friend and I agree to start working out as our New Years resolution in 2012. We were both in OK shape at the time, but definitely wanted to get better. We signed up for the gym and as many people do, started off pretty strong, but very unorganized. Months went by and we started to lose interest. Me mostly because I didn't have any kind of plan or goal. Somehow we got back into it and I started looking up gym workout guides. I stumbled across bodybuilding.com and decided to try one of the leg workouts. It was the most effective workout I ever had. I couldn't move for 2 days! I started to get pretty excited and looked up more workouts. I am currently moving up on Jamie Eason's LiveFit program.
I love this website because it is organized and pretty much has everything anyone could need from a fitness site: workout programs, forums, recipes, a store, the fitboard, and the bodyspace. You really don't need to go anywhere else, EXCEPT FOR THE GYM.
