After a rocky few years as a troubled youth, I began working out at the age of seventeen. It quickly became my passion. When I began working out right before the end of High School, I was 139 pounds. After about Six years of consistently hitting the gym and calorie goals, I made it to 230 pounds. I was strong, but definitely a little too chubby. I let my dreams of being 230 blind the fact that I was eating terrible. So after much debate I decided to go back down a little bit. Which was actually quite easy because I was working in the oilfield working 70+ hours a week. My weight quickly dropped...A little too quickly (I know how many people will be jealous lol). I got down to 200lbs when I left North Dakota in August of 2015. I am now at 190lbs. Still very strong, but not the build I want to be. I am working back up (the right way) to 205lbs. I hope to be there within the year.
