I've been working out for years on and off. Never staying totally committed. It wasn't until 2 yrs ago when I decided I wanted to compete, that I buckled down and got serious about my workouts and nutrition. Due to unforeseen circumstances I didn't get a change to get on stage.

I've decided this year will be a year I compete as well as accomplish a few other physical challenges that I have committed to. None of these challenges can be accomplished in my 'fluffy' state. Its time to get FIT!!

I love the rush I feel the moment I step into the gym. the smell of the sweat actually gets me amped! lol. Lifting weights is a great stress reliever for me. I can take my worries to the gym and leave them on the floor when I walk out.
