It all started when I was at college, weighing a mini 9 stone then looking up to the class 'Jock' Dan who was built like a brick **** house. He told me to start training and gave me advice on how to put mass on even giving me a tub of his weight gainer to help me in the process. As soon as I got home I read a basic training programme and downed 3 eggs with milk then went on my merry way to train chest and biceps. during the first 2 months holiday I went from 9 stone to 11 stone and came back big everyone was shocked and accused me of using steroids (Narrow minded people). Now I have been training for 5 years and have made impressive gains and size.
I love training because It separates me from the rest, I do not want to look like the average person. I like to be noticed when walking down the street from the 'Ordinary! I plan to compete again and again until I become a recognized phenomenon.
