My family has a history of diabetes, obesity, cancer high blood pressure....a number of things. I decided from about the age of 7 or 8 that I didn't want any of those things. In the past few years I tried to watch what I ate but more recently I've developed a real passion and craving for the gym and physical fitness.

Results are addictive! If I don't have control over anything else, I can control my health and my body.
