I got started in working out when I moved up to high school sports and with off-season football lifting/conditioning.

There isn't many better feelings than the one you get when you can walk away from something knowing you have given it your best, positive or negative. Pushing my body and mind to the point of failure and through that point lets you know where you have been and where you are at, plus I usually feel great after working out.
