I was a gymnast growing up. Then when I went off to college I made the co-ed cheer team. After I was done with college, I still needed something to stay active that I didn't need to count on anyone else...which landed me in the gym.

A place I can go to clear my mind. I always feel great after a workout. After all the hard work, I see results which keeps me motivated!
