When I was a teenager I had an older cousin who was kind of a hero to me because he practiced Jiu-Jitsu, bodybuilding and he was very popular among the guys and the girls at school because of that, so I wanted to be like him, wanted to do the same stuff he was doing specially getting the girls, but I didn't come from a wealthy family so I had to start working very early and I also studied at the same time, so I had the money but I didn't have the time to workout. Eventually I got married, stopped studying, started working overtime and my free time I used to dedicate to my marriage. Well, it didn't work, I had an accident broke my right femur, had to use a wheel chair for 1 year, I got divorced and into a serious depression which was making me get fatter and fatter so I had to do something. In one of those days when you feel less depressed I went to a Gym, subscribed and gave it a shot. The first two months I payed but rarely went there then I noticed that When I was in the gym I felt well so I decided to go more often. Now it's been almost a year and I'm changing my body fast along with gaining my self-steam my self-confidence back. Working out really changed my life, can't live without it anymore. I hope someday I get to be a professional bodybuilder!
