I began working out after a serious shoulder injury completely stopped me from all my favorite activities which included playing all kinds of sports and dancing. I needed surgery to repair the muscle and bones in my left shoulder. This then required physical therapy to allow me to fully recovery. I loved the feeling of pushing my body to its limit which allowed me to become stronger than before. Once my therapy was over I continued to work out and push even harder and harder. I enjoyed the experience so much I eventually got my certification in personal training and hope to finish my degree for physical therapy in a few more years.
Hey guys, I love working out because it makes me feel good not only physically, but mentally as well. What keeps me going is the support from my friends who always come to me for questions and advice. I love helping people out and I love working out which is why I decided to become a personal trainer while finishing school to become a physical therapist. I hope to one day become a sponsored athlete and spread my advice to as many people as possible no matter where they are in life.
