I struggled with losing pregnancy weight for over 3 years. I joined a local personal training studio that has helped me lose about 60lbs. As much as I loved being there it feels like it is time for me to try something new. You can't stay in HS forever you must graduate and move on to bigger and better things. I have a few magazine connections and am inspired by Juliana Malacarne. I will compete for the first time on stage July 2016. The goal is to work closely with WBFF pro OBI on TV.
I am a certified personal trainer. However this is a hobby for me not a career. I'm looking to connect and work out with like-minded people who want to improve their overall health. Would love to find a bodybuilding training partner. I train 5x per week and do cardio 6x per week. I'm still in the process of losing body fat and toning up. My biggest challenge is making sure I have proper form when weight training. It is important for me not to injure myself while lifting.
I have a routine in place for over 13 months now. Love the fact that I've improved my overall health and am learning more about fitness. This is a lifelong commitment for me.
Bodybuilding/Working Out makes me happy. It is my me time and can't live without it. I love the time spent meal prepping, researching... The discipline that comes with it makes me a better mother, sis, friend, partner, trainer, managing member. Putting all that I've learned into practice makes me have better control over my life. My motto has always been that I'm accountable for my life and for everything that happens in it. I'm creating the best body for me and I love it.
I have a true connection with my body that I will continue to maintain for the rest of my life.
