Growing up, I always had boyfriends who were bodybuilders or gym rats. I am naturally very attracted to physically fit men. I never played sports much throughout school - did the cheerleading thing, but once I got to feeling comfortable in the gym, I never looked back.

Feeling empowered and strong is especially a high for a woman - even moreso over the age of 45!!! I always want to keep my body lean and fit ....feeling healthful is especially rewarding.
