We'll I used to do boxing at my local boxing club for a year for general fitness and the buzz but wasn't packing any muscle but very sharpe and quick on my feet and after a year I decided to leave the boxing and go on to packing some lean meat on and it's the best thing I have ever got in to and have come along way from what didn't have to the physique that I have now!!
It's part of my life and the gym is my first/second home ;D just love everything about bodybuilding the pump the squeeze in the muscle the contraction the dieting same plain "boring" meals but they are my favourite and wouldn't change my life style I have a really supportive girlfriend who preps my meals Paige-Marie and gives me the boost that I need when the phycological side comes into it not seeing results but she notices my gains and makes me want to train harder!! Big believer in good technique and good form create amazing muscle with free weights and barbell!!! #DontBeTheSameAsEverybodyElse.
