When I was 14 my friend inspired me to workout, he was the strongest person in his school & I was skinny as hell. I worked out on and off for 2 years (maybe 6 months total) but I didn't really know what I was doing. When I was 16 I really started (I learned a ton of things from Vince Del Monte and BB.com) and i've been working out ever since. I started at 140lbs.
Why I Love it
- It gives me a sense of accomplishment - I can stand up for people smaller than me - I'm physically capable of more - I love seeing results - I like inspiring others
