I learned about lifting weights from being on the football team in jr high and high school. Around age 15 or 16 I started to really enjoy lifting and I have been lifting on my own since then. I have only recently began getting interested in the intricacies of body building and I have discovered, as many have, that nutrition nutrition nutrition is the key to going from average to exceptional. I have yet to get where I want to be but I am determined that this year, 2016, I a will achieve the shredded physique I have always wanted.

I love working out because it is a release from everything else for a short time. Its just me vs the iron. I also love the pump and the relaxed feeling once I'm done with a good workout. Also nothing beats the feeling of increasing a max on a lift.
