All through middle school and high school I was bullied because of my weight. I come from a heavy Italian family so I was heavy my whole life. Junior year of high school I decided to change my lifestyle FOR ME! I started working out at home, running on the treadmill and doing home workouts. I cut my calories little bits at a time. Once I started to see results I was hooked!
I continued to try different workout like kickboxing and eventually joined a gym. I am now 120lbs down and have maintained that for about 7-8 years now. This journey has led me to pursue my career in Nutrition and Fitness as a dietitian and personal trainer.
I am now working on my second transformation. I love lifting weights and pushing myself to my limits.
I love pushing myself to my limits. When I first began years ago it was about losing weight and looking good. Now that my first transformation of losing 120lbs has been completed for some time now, its time to work on the second transformation.
I love lifting weights and feeling the burn. pushing myself to failure is always a great feeling during my workout. Being healthy and turning this into a lifestyle is an overall goal.
