I've always worked out but never saw the results I wanted...why...well I'm sure a lot had to do with consistency, diet and not using the right form even though I always thought I was. After a back injury over the summer I had to stop training for some time and started back hard about 6 weeks ago. amazing how long it takes to take off body fat and weight and how quickly it comes back on after not working out...eesshh! BUT I'm now with a trainer two days a week and training alone the other four...I'm working towards my first figure show in May 2013. I'm training so hard and following my diet and I'm definitely seeing results. slowly but they are coming. Not only am I learning how to really lift, correct form etc. but I'm also gaining strength! It's also amazing to me that having a non pro/friend/yourself do your body fat is usually WAYYYY off from what it really is! I'm going to start posting pics as I progress...it's a great way to look at your accomplishments and target what doesn't seem to be changing. Thanks to all of my bb friends, you're always super motivating and supportive!
