I have always liked sports, and practice a lot of them: Basketball, soccer, raquetball, squash, swimming. But i was really thin because i am a hardgainer. So when I injured my knee and started rehab, I found the way to transform my body. I weighted 48kg when i was in juniorhighschool so i started pumping iron and in 2 year i weghted 68kg. Then i got married stopped the gym and i again was 52 kg feeling depressed, ill, etc. So i decided to workout again and have been able to gain in this last 3 years: 23 kg of muscle with a lot of effort, lots of meals... now i weight 73 kg but my desire weight is going to be 82 kg shredded... Need Vascularity !!
Its my escape, its where i forget all the stress of work and t home. Its my personal paradise. It my natural antidepressant. I have been able to achieve other personal academic and professional goals thanks to the feeling and discipline that bodybuilding has given to me... I just want to feel good when i take my shirt. I m proud to see my 5yr old kid wanting to be stronger than me when he is older... I love when my son its concerned about healthy food; shows me his little bicep and tells me he will workout and someday have the body like ARNOLD.. LOL!! ...Bodybuilding is simply the best sport in the world!.
