I actually started a year ago with bodybuilding and was the last thing i had in mind to do in my life. I had never lifted a weight in my life until i realized that i was doing nothing with my life besides eating and eating and see movies in the TV. In that moment i realized that i needed to do something. I once looked at the mirror and said to myself: do you really want to look this way all of your life or you want a chance in appearance and in the way you feel. Then i started to take better care of myself, eating better and doing exercise. My first year was hard because i did not know anything about training or nutrition and how to workout, i struggle a lot. I took my time to learn a little bit of everything and now people ask me of how to loose weight or how to do a good routine and is a great feeling to help others with the knowledge i have gained.
