I wanted to create a body that projected my inner strengths onto the outside of my body, by having a strong physique which could be admired. I learnt the hard way that you shouldn't get fixated by the number on the scale, I decIded to train for my life, every workout now must make me a stronger person; physically, mentally and spiritually. I now focus on what my body can do, and how strong I can become, rather than worrying about my body's relationship with gravity. I learnt to love my body.

I gives me freedom to create the body I want and a body I can be proud of. It builds physical strength but also mental strength which can be used in every part of my life, not just the gym. It gives me a drive and a passion to be the best version of myself possible.
