Between the end of 2006 and most of 2007 I was anorexic due to depression. I dropped from 173lbs to 123-125lbs in less than 5 months. In that time I did a number on my lean mass and was in the beginning stages of osteopenia. After I met my now husband I gained a good 20ish lbs back.
For the first two years after I recovered from anorexia I actually developed exercise bulimia. I spun my wheels with a piss poor diet for months and wondered why I wasn't seeing results. Then I found this site and thanks to some awesome member's kimm4, freebirdmac, kfisherx and Amanda76 to name a few I have built back most of the muscle that I lost, plus some.
Now I lift because I love it and every new muscle bump encourages me to continue.
