I've always been an endurance athlete starting in school with XC running, and then into cycling for the last 20yrs. As I get older I find its best to be in peak physical condition to take the abuse of 2-4hrs during a mountain bike race!

Being fit and knowing your able to preform whenever needed feels good as well as crushing fools half your age as just about anything!
