I've been working on and off for the past 10 years on my body. My highest weight was 270lbs and lowest 135. Last year I started to get back on track with my weight loss goals when I became pregnant with our first child, sadly we lost our baby but had gained 30 lbs while pregnant. I took some time off of working on me physically and worked on me emotionally. It's now time to heal both areas in my life and start again to achieve my physical goal of 104 lbs.
