I've always been into fitness especially for sport, playing football, basketball and karate competitively as well as motocross, I decided to join a gym at 16 in 2010 just for general fitness, despite having a very basic idea of what I was doing. It wasn't until July 2013 that I became serious about my passion for body building, where I began to make protein and workout supplements a detrimental part of my workouts along with good nutrition and 100% dedication to training as hard as I could in the gym. In the past 6 months I've learnt the most about myself and what i'm capable of, I have an enormous journey ahead and i'll never stop learning each day, to be better than I was the day before.
I have a strong passion for lifting weights in body building and overall fitness. It dawned on me that the one thing i've stuck at the longest has been consistently training and going to the gym, despite having a period in my life where I was utterly lost and my body depicted it; I was still hitting the gym. Bodybuilding separates the strong from the weak, when most people quit from the pain that's where you demonstrate your physical and mental power to never quit and push to or past failure.
