Starting in high school I was very self conscious about how i looked. I played basketball for all 4 years but I was still not where I wanted to be. Then it hit me one day! After graduating from high school, I got myself a gym membership! Ever since I have been dedicated to lifting and fitness! I made an amazing accomplishment for myself, I went from 150lbs to 190lbs of muscle in about 3 years (2009-2012)!! Now I currently attend and study at the Universtiy of Akron, also I'm a CFT and personal trainer at Golds Gym! I am very well educated with fitness and wellness and I would like to expand my name to help everyone with there goals! I love to motivate and guide people to achieve there goals!

i love trying to push my body to new limits. i also like the anatomy and physiology of the human body. its a lifestyle!
