I just started I heard about this website from John Jay and Rich radio show. I'm really looking forward to life changing goals that I want to set and complete I want to be the best me I can be. Small goals are goals and better than none. Im looking in to trainig for a 12k when I turn thirty the tough mudder. its a 10 k and 25 brutal obstetical courses. So I'm defiantly do this.

the motivation and goal setting and the before and after photos are amazing. And the pride that I can take charge of and see results I want and rely on me and know one else.
