When I was a sophmore in highschool I was introduced to weightlifting by Coach MAC our weightlifting coach. Furthermore Coach Mac also ran a highschool bodybuilding team I did my first competition when I was fifteen years old.

I feel connected to the sport, I truly love bodybuilding but not the bodybuilding of today. Its weird but my coach had posters of Arnold and other old greats like Mohammed Makaway etc., alll over the gym. I love the bodybuilding of the golden age when Franco and Arnold would lift out on Mucle Beach. I will never become an enormous freak thats not me, I am more geared to the aesthetic look, small waist, good flowing lines, a physique that alllows you to look impressive on stage without enormous size.
