I started working out in high school to put weight on for football. I was a skinny 112lbs. I was very athletic growing up. I joined the military in my mid 20's and excelled at it. I always maxed out on PT tests and trained other soldiers. After years of wear and tear on my muscles and joints...exercising became painful. For years, I have worked out off and on. I'm trying to get down to 170lbs. after being 215 18 Dec. 2012. I'm down to 195lbs. and have 25lbs. to go!
I love the feeling of pushing my body past mental and physical barriers! I love the feeling of being really pumped and tight. I like it when sweat burns my eyes and my clothes are soaked The hardest part for me is cutting calories. I'm still working on figuring out a balance to workout, max calories and weight loss. so far down 10 pounds in 5 days. 30 lbs. to go!
