Eighteen years old when I first went to a gym! I did it to build some muscle, and bulk, to help with sports, but building muscle was not easy for many years. I played a lot of sport, so my body just burnt calories. I didn't get to 140 pounds until I was 27, but the extra strength, speed, and bulk really helped. At the age of 47 I still go to the gym 4 days a week, and weigh about 170 pounds, and I have never stopped going to the gym. I guess going to the gym is part of my lifetime routine, I cannot imagine not going.

Working out, staying fit, getting fitter and stronger.... what's not to enjoy?
